White Gold Case measures 41mm lug to lug x 34.5mm non inclusive of the Crown using Calipers. Original Black Dial with phonograph finish center shows a combination of appiled Numerals, Hour markers and Bulova signature. 23 Jewel and Waterproof insignias are printed in White. Hour and Minute Hands are White Index style and an Index style Seconds Hand shows on a recessed Cross-Hair sub Dial at the 6 O'Clock position. Crown is signed Bulova. Caseback is White Gold and stamped as shown.
Ah, snagged another of the 23j His Excellencies, I see! I really like this series! Mine wears like a smaller watch, despite its diameter - it's easily the largest wrist watch in my collection.
I do find, however, that many of the examples I see have brassing where the stem enters the case, and that itty bitty crown makes them a PITA to wind!

It's appearance has changed a little since We received it. Someone had incorrectly lumed the tips of the Hands at some point through the Years which was flaking off and had to be removed, Movement has been fully serviced and the Case cleaned and polished. Glass Crystal is N.O.S. - these are really great Watches.
