I received this watch a few days ago,and just want to know more about it.I have seen the same one on here but it was listed as a 1970 SeaKing FL,but the year marker on the case back of mine is M9.I was also curious as to water resistance, and anything i can find out.

Its just a model designation to separate it from the other Sea Kings, as there were quite a few different models. Dial color & appearance, Bezel shape and composition, Band style & material and even Movement type will vary from Sea King & other Bulova models, so just calling it a Sea King could get confusing to the public.
Your watch is water resistant, but not waterproof, and if it has not been serviced lately, it may not be very water resistant either because the gaskets on the winding stem and case back will dry out and crack as well as the seal on the crystal.
