I think this is the Rhapsody"CC" or "DD" .It's in white gold which must have sold more than the yellow as I haven't seen an example of the yellow(and I've been looking).
The band is original and looks great.It's marked:U.S.A. DUCHESS1/40 10K RGP
The only variant that I can narrow down is the yellow version of this style, which is the "CC" variant. Unfortunately, there are two different styles at the $65 price as indicated in the 1961 pricelist and seen below (tapered band style and a winged jet style); so "DD" may or may not be the white version of the tapered band style. Can't be conclusive, so have to either go tentative "DD" or just Rhapsody no variant. 1959

How do we distinguish between the "DD" variant and the "FF" vartiant? Are we assuming alpha numeric variant naming? Price is the same. Note the four consecutive "New" internal Bulova Model numbers for the four variants at $65 price.
CC = 53428
DD = 53429
EE = 53430
FF = 53431
The "consecutive" pattern does not hold true for the "old" internal Bulova model numbers for same watch. The "exception" being the old FF model number.

There are several variants listed in the cumulative sections of the Fall 1961 and Spring 1964 price lists.
Fall 1961
Spring 1964
The first occurance of Rhapsody is in two different sections of the Fall 1958 price lists.
The first occurance is in an unknown section of the price lists which gives several models, but I'm not sure why these models are listed in this section. The case color Yellow (Y) is listed.
The second is further down the list, in the Cumulative Models section.
