On the left is my 1938 Corrigan sporting the 17 Jewel, 10 AE model... I believe it's the original model.
On the right is my 1941 Corrigan 17 Jewel, 10 AX model just recieved... notice the dial variant in the second's numerals as well as the outside ticks on dial.
Two beautiful watches though I think....
There have likely only been perhaps 5- 6 Corrigans on eBay in approx. the past 12 months? I saw one other one after the watch Philip recently resold for me... and Jerin sniped 2- 3??? (However I haven't been monitoring many Bullys, etc. for 2- 3 months... as I've been very busy, elsewhere!)
The Corrigan is a rather unique design (much like say the Rite Angle, for instance... And another example of the "Elegance of Simplicity..." that was the Latter part of Art Deco and initial Art Moderne design eras... (i.e. "Terraced & Streamlined," respectively...) Wish I still had mine! (GGGRRR...)
Nice pair of Dougs, BTW...
