I believe I have found the elusive Bulova Regulator. This is the civilian version of the Medical Officer. The biggest difference is the smaller second markers on the inner sub dial and applied hours markers versus the lumed markers on the Medical Officer. This is a 25.5M x 35M at the lug watch in 10KT rolled yellow gold plate. The movement is a 10BA with a date code of X. It is missing the second hand and sweep second wheel. It is running and keeping great time otherwise. I just need to find the missing wheel and second hand. Hopefully I have a suitable one in my parts archive. I noticed there does not seem to be a Regulator on the MyBulova site.

It does look like the advert. Nothing else in the dB, this is a new one on me.
Is the long upper pivot intact for the sweep driving wheel? Sometimes they would break and that made the sweep mechanism kaput. Might have to find a donor movt.
[/quote] I am going to have to take it apart this weekend. I have about 6 watches to work on including 4 Bulovas. I just bought a donor movement on Ebay with a red second hand. It should work. Not sure what color the original second hand would have been but it was a good price.
