My father left this watch to me. I have done some research but have been unable to identify this watch. Any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Althoug the watch is in fairly good shape considering it's age, I intend to refurbish it so it is in good shape when I pass it on to my son and grandson. If you could suggest a good restorer I would appreciate it. Once the watch is oppened up I should be able to provide more information about it. Thanks for your help!
You may find this humorous. I was showing my son and daughter their grandfathers watch that they remembered from their childhood, when my son asked if it worked. I said "Yes, The hands all move and it still ticks". They looked at me with a blank stare and both said at the same time "what do you mean it ticks"? I couldn't believe that they never heard a watch tick! Their faces looked like little children again when they held the watch to their ears!
