"His Excellency"CC". Found this on Ebay, but when i went to get more info from seller, it had gone. Put the movement as 7AK as most Excellencies had this one in at this time. Thought I would put it up as we have no actual pics in the DB
Signed dial "Excellency" gets my vote. As to a letter designation, then I would need to see an ad with all available info. Glad to see Bobbee outbid me here as it still comes to MB to add yet another cool watch to the collective.
Again I will mention that there is no avenue for me to cast a vote other than my comment.
Pretty tough to correctly ID a watch when we don't have all the info at hand, while it is probably a His Excellency "CC" putting it in the database would not serve much of a purpose to the next guy or gal that is trying to figure out what they have and why theirs has a 10 series movement and this one has a 7 series. (I don't know for sure what movement this would have, but we do know that both series were used in these.)
OK, boys and girls. I actually won this gem in the rough.
When it arrives (3 or 4 days) I will scrub up the case and then post more pictures.
BTW this closed this afternoon at 3:30pm PST.
I didn't recognize the model but the Excellency label on the dial and Bulova markings on the case back were good enough for me. :-}

His Excellency "CC" it is for me.
Shawn, this new system there is not rating as we as a panel are te one that ID the watch. The rating only comes into play when I now add the model name to this watch and then give it the 3 ticks.
We still need the 3 tick system for all the older watches that were previously added.
If there are no objections then I will label this watch as a His Excellency "CC". Confirmed (3 ticks)
