At first glance it would appear to be the Clipper model# 1077, complete with original band that originally cost $59.50; however, the dial is not correct for that model. That model used a luminous dial and hands setup. Your non-luminous dial and hands with the outer seconds numbered every 5 seconds looks to be from the Duo-Wind/Thayer line. The pricelists do show a $39.75 Clipper model, though I cannot find an ad for that one - perhaps it is a non-luminous version. Aside from the dial and hands, I'd say this is the Clipper. What is the date stamp on the movement, looks to maybe be L3?
The display box that you have is for a Jet Clipper from the 1960s
