Bulova 1947 His Excellency

Hello everyone.  Greetings from Ireland. As far as this Bulova is concerned I sadly have very little information.  It was given to my Father shortly before my Grandaunt passed away. She died 23 years ago. My Father believes she bought it in Philadelphia, while she was working there as a Nurse. This would have been around 1940.  However I have no way to know if that is true or not. I'm very curious to identify the model, and perhaps put an age to the watch. Any information you may have to help is greatly appreciated.  Two of my photos were too large to upload.
