Watch Description

I want to give a super special shout out to Mr. Wayne Hanley!!  Out of the kindness of his heart he knew I wanted this watch pretty bad and it was top #1 in my gotta have it list.  He was going to pass it on to someone else and gave me first shot.  I happily, readily, excitedly accepted and TAH DAH!!

I am the new owner of the coolest watch I have ever seen!  This.... is by far....my favorite Bulova/Accutron I own and my ever own.

Ladies and Gentleman... I present to you... Wayne's old.... my NEW...

                                                                1975 ACCUTRON  218 WOODY !!!

~ Sporting it's original Duchess wood enlaid gold plated bracelet.  The wood around the bezel and on the band is real and rumored to be mahogony.

Just reading this thread.  First off, Plainsmen - nice one above!  ;-)   Second, congrats on that watch.  They are indeed quite rare, and in that condition....what a grab.  Enjoy.

I have one of these in the original box with the original Duchess band, and I am looking to sell it. How much should one of these go for? I cannot find much more info anywhere.

Sorry, we don't offer watch valuations at myBulova, there are just too many factors that contribute to worth. I suggest you track a few sales on on-line auction and sales sites.
