Hello...I am sorry for the aweful pics(I will have to ask my son to take better ones for me)...I was curious about this watch, searching the web and came across this site. I think I found a " 1927 Lone Eagle" but I am not sure.
The pics I have seen look like this watch...The case has "Bulova Quality 14k American Standard Pat Jun 10 1924 7669320" and the works has the following: Bulova 10AN seventeen 17 Jewels Swiss Unadjusted.
Any information you can help with would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

In the root record photo showing the movement/holder (and dust tite cover) I think I see some scratches which may be Roman numerals etched on the movement holder. If this is true, then we have Roman numerals on bezel, case back, and movement holder. Can't tell for sure.

Schaeffer, Check these watches for location of "arrow" in other similar movements. These all have a 1926 movement with arrow and triangle.

Thank you for encouraging me to give the watch a little wash...it looks much better!(thanks will for adding another pic) I have a much later but neat watch I want to post this week. I hope you offer your insight, only thorough insight from you! I love the look of this watch but I really wish it was in better wearable condition.
