Watch Description

1970 all steel Swiss Bulova 666ft divers chronograph with a manual wind. Movement is a Bulova caliber 14-EB ( Valjoux 7733) with 17 jewels.  I'm looking restore this watch, starting with the correct bracelet. Does anyone know where I could find the original bracelet. Please look at the reference photo.

Shoot   I just noticed, there's two different watches in this root record.
Which one are we ID'ing?

The first one pictured doesn't have the 666 feet on the dial, while the second one does.  The fronts/cases look very similar otherwise, but the photo of the case back- which "front" does it go with?  I don't see the Brevet patent info on the case back, but do see the 666 feet-as seen in some other watches which don't use supper compressor technology this late.  This makes me thing the case back goes with the second watch in root record  ...maybe Brevet info was on the inside of some models, but I dont' think so. 
I don't think any of the three watches currently under "review" use Brevet technology.  See http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1963-snorkel-666-4236 .  I think Bulova decided to rate the watches deeper than Brevet rating, and after c1964/65, and we stop seeing Brevet technology and 666 feet on the same watch after this time.

Will, in the owners comments I believe he is referencing the second watch's bracelette. Maybe not, as he links to an ad to show the bracelette.

I'm thinking the third photo- the one w/ 666 feet on the dial- was the match to the caesback photo- also indicating 666 feet.

I now vote for Chronograph.  I think this has been serving as both a model name, and as a "catch all" for Chrono's when we don't have enough information (or know which watch we are ID'ing) or have matching ads.  Basically I've run out of time and interest in this watch....but feel a safe generic vote is better than no vote.

The root record info is enough for this generic vote from me.  If we publish as Deep Sea Chronograph based on the case back 666 ft stamping, which dial picture are we associating with that case back. The first picture, or the now-missing third dial picture which also had 666 ft on the dial.  Maybe either dial photo would have constituted a vote for Deep Sea Choron...
Too many unknowns, I don't know the answers to my questions above, therefore my generic Chrono vote.

Generic Chronograph for me. 

"Brevet" is French meaning "Patent".

"Brevet Deposé" means Patent Applied for, also appears as "Brevet Demandez" or abbreviations like "Dep." or "Dem." Could also be translated as Patent Filed.

Thanks Rob.  I thought it was also a company name associated with the folks who developed the compressor, supercompressor etc... technology to watch makers.  I'll recheck my patent info on that one.  Would seem strange to name a company "Patent" when applying for one :)
