Hello everyone, can someone tell me the model of this chronograph?
Looking to replace the mainspring for my 1977 Bulova 23J 11AOACB watch. The mainspring is marked "Bulova Sealed Lifetime power do not open",
ink stamped H1, so of course I opened it and the spring is broken.
My questions are - does anyone you have the whole assembly ? or should just the spring get replaced?
According to Ranfft and other sources, the mainspring is 1.10 x 11.0 x 0.11mm.
Whole assembly or spring please :)

I'm looking for a setting lever screw for the 11AN* family for sale or trade.
I have an Accutron Deep Sea case number 702-1. The bezel is very loose. The spring is there but I think it has lost its shape. It is currently pretty tight against the case. Does anyone know if it should be spread out so it presses against the bezel? I was going to try spreading it but I did not want to break it.
This takes the 1404-1AW, which I believe is a 30.0mm armored crystal. If anyone has successfully installed a 3rd party crystal (Stealla, WEC, etc) could you please share which crystal worked for you? I've tried using a CP 300 Tru-Seal armored crystal (including swapping in the old tension ring) but it doesn't fit.
Here is an example of an undocumented change in stainless steel case manufacturing after Bulova presumably discovered their watches were corroding. The model in question is the Ambassador with the solid gold bezel.
The Ambassador line of watch in the 1960s have stainless steel backs, however, most of the cases I've seen are badly pitted. The examples I've seen are dated from 1966-1968. Coincidentally, these cases are all made in W. Germany. I guess their stainless steel metallurgy wasn't quite up to the abuse of natural oils of the wrist.
I've got a Bulova Braile dealer sample from 79, and I need to source a movement for it. I believe it needs the automatic 1810.10. What other watches had that movement?
Similar to this one:

It also came with a Bulova signed expansion bracelet, which has been split for the sample case, so it would lay flat.
Hello All,
I am trying to finish some projects that have been in my cabinets for awhile. I need a 1515FL crystal and pusher crown (Bulova Part number 175) for a 1940s single pusher chrono type watch. Anybody have either of these for sale? PM please with price or what you need to finish that long awaited project. Thanks!
