Yes, this information is from the thread mentioned in a previous post.
'STAMFORD' and 'ALEXANDER' appear in 1942.
'STAMFORD' is identified, leaving 'ALEXANDER'
'COMMODORE' is shown in the original post, which I did not notice and agree it's not the 'COMMODORE' which leaves the only possibility the 'ALEXANDER'.

I've seen several with this engraving on the lugs in both yellow and rose gold. I wouldn't even venture a guess as to what Bulova called it but it is definately not and Arnold.
We all know Bulova was notorious for changing up dials, color of gold and possibly engraving on similar watches and giving them another name, or reintroducing models in later years under a different model name. My vote would be for a Stamford or Alexander variant.

Is this not the Aviator as already respresented in the database? There are 5 or 6 with this engraving, jewel count and case shape.
