I am considering trying to replace a broken staff, I have replaced a few staffs in pocket watches, but never in a wrist watch. Are Bulova staffs riveted or friction fitted? Any pitfalls I should watch out for? Anyone have any tips or advice, would be appreciated.

Ok, anybody ever heard of Bulova making a watch called a Midland? This one is apparently made by Bulova, according to the seller, and although the case is Keystone, and the trademark does not appear in Bulova trademarks searches, the movement is certainly one Bulova used in its 17''' pocket watches, with which I must confess a certain fascination.

The older watches dont have it or do they .. but the new watches have the 2 prong fork symbal .. what does it represent and why did they start using it

Here's the newest PAIR - his and hers - date code B2 (2012). I was about to say they're NOS but they aren't - they're New NEW Stock. That's the problem with the old devil ebay, sometimes you just can't stop yourself. $20, what the heck, these babies are going to be worth $30-40 some day.

I am looking on a very nice Bulova from I think 1935 modell is unknown. The movment is 21 jewels. Does the movment indicate that it is a more exclusive watch. If compared to 15 or 17 jewels Bulovas.

I am looking on two diffrent gladiator watches. One has a more white dial. And one has patina on dial a little yellow when i look a pictures. The one with a little patina on dial is less expensive than the other one.

The condition one the watches are the same i think. The white one must be some kind of redial.

The difference in price is 150 dollars. The only diffrence is that the dial is white on one watch and the other has a little yellow or slight beige tone on dial.

Both watches looks great.

looking for operating example

Hi! I have found 2 Bulova watches in my grandmothers jewelry box after she passed away and I am looking for some help with finding out what year they were made in. Also possibly how much they are worth if anything. (Pic #1)One is a sliver watch with band that says 10K Rolled Gold Plate with what looks to be a LO or LQ below it. The numbers are 647460. (pic #2) The other one is just the watch face itself with no band and gold in color. It says 10K Rolled Gold Plate and the serial is AC19161, altho the numbers are very close to the bottom so I could be off on a few.

Please share photos of your vintage Bulova boxes. Please indicate a year and model of watch associated with the box if possible.
