It's hard to tell from the pic but it says Bulova under the 12 and Swiss under the 6. There is nothing on the back of it.The clasp says 1/20 - 12K GOLDFILLED  PAT 2097055 U.S.A. I looked up the patent number for the clasp and it's from 1937.

The GMT function is great when traveling through time zones. I set the inner dial on GMT &  moved the bezel to the local time.
