1945 President 'E' with high dome crystal . Was this an option crystal as the other presidents I have seen have flat crystals ?

I thought you guys would have dug it....

I'm still pretty stoked on it.
Positive now that the hands are wrong.... I'm pretty sure they're supposed to be like the ones on here....

Also that's the nicest example of the Corrigan I've seen anywhere... love those links!!
3 genuine diamonds, tested.
All I can say about this is that it takes the same crystal as the senator models (cmy 311) and it has an 8ae 17j movement. The model name has so far eluded me. I don't think it is a variant of the senator as these were well published. A very beautiful watch.
Hi,
I am hoping that someone can help me! I just recently inherited a watch from my Grandmother.. I am having a hard time finding out what type it is. I know that is from 1959, because of the L4 stamped on the back, but I can't figure out which model it is, as there are at least 6 different numbers stamped on the inside of the case, as well as a number on the outside.. AND another number on the watch mechanism itself... I am very confused as to which number I need to use to find the model.
Edit: M7 was entered in case serial number field.
Hi -
I just purchased a black face square women's watch with diamonds (32). I noticed on the back it says J Bulova M5. But then right next to the M5 it appears to have a smaller m8 stamped on it. Any idea why the watch would have two codes?
From what I understand the M5 means 1965 but just not sure why there is another code next to it. I will try and take a picture but I don't think my camera will be good enough to get the details.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
cc
