Could this watch be a Hadley?

The First and Arguably most desirable of the Asymmetrical Accutron designs, the "521" model was released in 1960, to much fanfare... Definitely one of my favorite Asymmetric timepieces, in general... Along with the Hamilton Electrics designed by futrist product designer Mr. Richard Arbib, in the late 50s... this was one of the ORIGINAL model 214 "tuning forks" released. And is now very sought after by Accutron and Assymetric watch collectors, alike!

The BULOVA "PRESIDENT," Model "B." Circa 1940 or 41? Sporting a vibrantly contrasting yellow bullion and pink gold dial, with Roman Numerals and sub seconds at six... 10 K GF case. Just received, this gent will soon be sent to England for restoration and resale by expert watchmaker- restorer, "el-ooose," in Norwich... So additional info and images, are forthcoming...
My Best :-) William
The BULOVA "CHIEF" was apparently a new release (replacement?) for the very similar (case and dial look) "CLINTON," sporting a (new?) 17 Jewel movement, and a stylish gold filled braided metal band... I unfortunately only have the information posted, that is visible in the cropped image of the display ad illustration. "CHIEF, 17 Jewels, $57.50." (Dec. 11th, 1948 Saturday Evening Post...)

My grandfather passed away in the 1980's and my father was left his Bulova watch.
Dad passed it on to me a couple years ago and I recently came across it and I'm trying to find out as much information as I can as I think I'd like to get it fixed/refurbished and give it back to dad for a gift.
My grandfathers watch that was passed to me about 10 years after his death in the mid-1980's.
The dial has been untouched for sentimental purposes, though a new crystal has been fitted as the original was missing.
The band is the original Kreisler gold plated with leather band instert that is advertised with this particular model. It's been restored to a worn but very servicable band with new leather.
It's sporting a professionaly cleaned and serviced 10AX, 17 Jewel movement
This is my VERY FIRST BULOVA... and the watch that started it all for me!
BULOVA TIME KING: Approx. production, 1939. 21 Jewel flagship 7AP movement, 10 karat gold filled case. Quite probably a scarce... to reasonably rare, timepiece?
Type - A11
1940- 48 BULOVA "President." 21Jewels, 10 karat gold filled case. At least Five models were produced in this case style from 1940 through 1948, apparently? Perhaps with a lull in "civilian production," as did Hamilton Watch Company, etc.?? (The "President," plus the following other Presidential models: B, C, D & E.)
