Just received my first Bulova Wrist Alarm. Should all crowns be Bulova signed?
I just received my first Bulova wrist alarm. Fully working, dinging and all buttons do what they should. Its just a bit grubby on the dial/crystal and needs new crowns. So I want to restore this but can anyone tell me if all the 3 crowns would have been Bulova signed?
When I have some photos i'll add them.

Bulova 1941 Ranger
The 1941 Ranger, 15 Jewel, 10AX movement watch found in this 1941 Spiegels Catalog Ad:
Very very similar to the Banker from the previous couple of years other than the seconds dial has more numbering.

Looks like there's two different versions of the 1941 Ranger?
If you check out both of the ad's we now have from 1941 you'll see one that shows the "Ranger" which is long and gold. I think this is the right version as it's the same Ranger from the 1940 ad we now have.
The other 1941 ad shows the Ranger as a total different watch. I'm betting the second 1941 ad with just two watches... is a printers error? Or maybe on the outside chance it's the "new" Ranger going into 1942 but that doesn't look like a Ranger type watch at all.... more "city folk" watch if you ask me!
eBay sales on myBulova.com
Members, I want to raise an issue that has concerned me for some time now.
It's the posting of 'active' eBay ads on the site.
I want to gauge the feeling amonst the community about this practice to see if it will continue or be banned.
My concerns are 2 fold and relate to:
Check this out.... a 1941 ad for "Reconditioned" Bulova's
This was found in the 1941 Spiegel Catalog... pretty cool to know they must have took in warranty watches.. fixed them up and resold next to new watches!
A 1928 engraved lone eagle style with DATE WINDOW?
Never seen one of these with a date window 10AC movement too...must be rare. shame it is broken inside.
